The 2026 TML Small Town Conference will be held at the Bastrop Convention Center located at 1408 Chestnut Street in Bastrop. Parking is complimentary.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites located at 491 Agnes Street is 2 miles from the Bastrop Convention Center. The hotel is offering a room rate of $149 double and $159 King, plus applicable taxes until April 20.

Hampton Inn & Suites located at 240 South Hasler Blvd is 2 miles from the Bastrop Convention Center. The hotel is offering a room rate of $129 single/double and $149 for suites, plus applicable taxes until April 20.

Member and Associate Member Registration Fee ($245)
The registration fee includes online access to handouts; breakfast and lunch on Thursday; and breakfast on Friday. Due to limited seating, this conference is open to registered members and associate members only and is not open to guests. If special circumstances require you to bring a guest to the conference, please contact us at tmlsmalltown@tml.org to discuss space availability and pricing. The fee increases to $275 after April 20.

Name Badges and Email Notices
Name badges will be available for pickup on-site. Only registered attendees will receive a name badge, and they must be worn at all times. Online access to handouts will be provided at least one week before the event. All correspondence will be sent to the email used on the registration.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $75 cancellation fee will be assessed if the cancellation request is emailed to tmlsmalltown@tml.org by April 20. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please note that no refunds will be honored after April 20. Transfers to other events are not permitted.

Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort, as meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate.
