Registration Fee
Register online and receive the discounted registration fee of $225. For registration by mail or onsite, the registration fee will be $250.

The registration fee includes access to online handouts, continental breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, and daily refreshments.

Due to limited seating, this conference is open to registered attendees only and not guests. If special circumstances require you to bring a guest to attend the conference, please contact us at tmlsmalltown@tml.org to discuss space availability and pricing.

Confirmations and Name Badges
Confirmations and name badges will be mailed up to one week before the conference.

Hotel Information
The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 635 East Pearl Street in Granbury. The hotel is located next to the Conference Center where the session will be held. Please make your hotel arrangements by calling 817-579-3804 and identifying yourself as a Small Town Conference participant before April 15. The Best Western Granbury is located at  1517 Plaza Dr in Granbury. The hotel is 1.8 miles from the Lake Granbury Conference Center where the sessions will be held. The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Granbury is located at  1515 Plaza Dr in Granbury. The hotel is 1.8 miles from the Lake Granbury Conference Center where the sessions will be held. Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $45 cancellation fee per person will be assessed if written cancellation is emailed to acct@tml.org by May 6. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please note that no refunds or transfers to other TML events will be honored after May 6 and meal tickets are non-refundable. Substitutions are always accepted.

Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI)
Elected officials can earn Texas Municipal League Institute (TMLI) credit by attending the Small Town Conference. CEU forms will be available onsite. For more information on the TMLI program, visit About TMLI, or contact us at tmli@tml.org.

Dress Code
Dress casually and comfortably. We recommend that you dress in layers for your comfort as meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate.
