Hotel and Conference Location
The Small Town Conference will be held at the Hangar Conference Center located at 155 Airport Rd, Fredericksburg, TX 78624. The Hangar Hotel has offered a nightly rate is $139 (Monday-Thursday) until April 23, 2025 or the block sells out. Fredericksburg Inn & Suites located at 201 South Washington Street, offers a nightly rate of $139 plus tax until April 24. Your stay includes a complimentary hot breakfast buffet featuring eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, waffles, potatoes, kolaches, hot and cold cereals, and fresh fruit served in our historic 1840 German Sunday House. The hotel features a hot tub and two resort style swimming pools (one heated). Member and Associate Member Registration Fee ($235)
The registration fee includes online access to handouts; breakfast and lunch on Thursday; and breakfast on Friday. Due to limited seating, this conference is open to registered members and associate members only and is not open to guests. If special circumstances require you to bring a guest to the conference, please contact us at tmlsmalltown@tml.org to discuss space availability and pricing. The fee increases to $260 after April 23.

Name Badges and Email Notices
Name badges will be available for pickup onsite. Only registered attendees will receive a name badge, and they must be worn at all times. Online access to handouts will be provided at least one week prior to the event. All correspondence will be sent to the email used on the registration.

Cancellation and Substitution Policy
If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute. If you cannot send a substitute, a $75 cancellation fee will be assessed if the cancellation request is emailed to tmlsmalltown@tml.org by April 23. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Please note that no refunds will be honored after April 23. Transfers to other events is not permitted.
